FLYERS RED AND WHITE GAME MONDAY
MONCTON, NB - September 9, 2010 - The Moncton Marks Work Wearhouse Flyers are on the ice and getting ready for their new season in the NB-PEI Major Midget Hockey League. Part of that preparation is the anual Red & White Game slated for Monday night.
 
MAJOR MIDGET ISLANDERS OPENING CAMP SUNDAY
CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI, August 28, 2010 - The Charlottetown Mark's Work Wearhouse Islanders of the NB-PEI Major Midget Hockey League will begin their on-ice sessions at the MacLauchlan Arena on Sunday August 29th in preparation for the 2010-11 which will be highlighted with the hosting of the Atlantic Major Midget Championship.

CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI, June 29, 2010 - Jeff MacDonald has been named as the new head coach of the Charlottetown Mark's Work Wearhouse Major Midget AAA Islanders. The Islanders, who play in the NB-PEI Major Midget Hockey League, are the defending Prince Edward Island major midget champions.
 
THUNDER NAME FLANAGAN AS NEW COACH
CORNWALL, PEI, May 32, 2010 - Dave “Tucker” Flanagan has been named the new head coach of the Cornwall “Superior” Thunder pf the NB-PEI Major Midget AAA Hockey League. He replaces Jason Malone, who resigned to take a similar position in Ontario.

SAINT JOHN, NB, April 13, 2010 - A former assistant coach of the Saint John Vitos in 2006-07, Ken Dobson, is returning as the team's new head coach, the NB-PEI Major Midget Hockey League team announced Tuesday at a news conference at the downtown restaurant of the team's name sponsor.

MONCTON, NB - March 14, 2010 - The Miramichi Rivermen took back a two game lead in the NB Provincial Major Midget championship Sunday as they defeated the Moncton Flyers 3-2 but it took overtime to do it as Brett Malone scored the winner just 4:24 in.

MIRAMICHI NB, March 2, 2010 - The Miramichi Rae's Yamaha Rivermen won their fourth straight playoff game Tuesday night to win their New Brunswick Major Midget Semifinal Series with Saint John Vitos eight points to zero. The Rivermen defeated the Vitos 3-2 in Miramichi to finish the series and eliminate the Vitos.

SAINT JOHN, NB, January 24, 2010 - Saint John forward Mike Richard had been slapped with a two-game suspension over a verbal altercation with a referee in the dying seconds of the Vito’s 2-0 win over the Fredericton Canadiens January 16 but neither he or his team knew about it until shortly after celebrating a 6-4 victory the following day over the Miramichi Rivermen.

CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI, January 21, 2010 - Dylan McQuaid blocked all 23 shots he faced Thursday night at the MacLauchlan Arena to lead the Cornwall Superior Thunder to a 2-0 shutout of the Charlottetown Marks Work Wearhouse Islanders in NB-PEI Major Midget Hockey League action.

MONCTON, NB, October 4, 2009 – For the Moncton Flyers, it was sweet revenge Sunday as they shutout the Cornwall Thunder 6-0 in the second game of the home and home weekend series in the NB-PE Major Midget AAA Hockey League.
 
THUNDER END FLYERS UNDEFEATED START
CORNWALL, PEI, October 3, 2009 - Cornwall Superior Thunder ended the Moncton Mark’s Work Wearhouse Flyers season opening undefeated streak with a 3-1 win in NB-PEI Major Midget Hockey League action Saturday afternoon at the APM Center in Cornwall.
 
RIVERMEN COME BACK TO DOUBLE CANADIENS
MIRAMICHI, NB, October 2, 2009 – The Miramichi Rae’s Yamaha Riverman found themselves down 2-0 at the end of the first period but came back with three unanswered goals in the second en route to a 4-2 victory over the Fredericton Canadiens in NBPEI Major Midget Hockey League action Friday at the Lord Beaverbrook Arena in Miramichi.
